All our prices are inclusive of bed linens, towels and final cleaning. Internet wi-fi (free).
Complimentary welcoming service at the train or bus station (that is well connected to the airport); we will meet you there and show you the way to the apartment.
After 14:30 (although occasionally you can check in earlier, depending on whether the apartment is occupied the night before). For arrival later than 8:00 PM we will provide you all the information on how to arrive and check in the apartment by yourself.
Check-out before 11:00.
All prices in our service are per apartment (not based on number
of people).
Yes, we can lock the luggage in a deposit room inside the building and give you the keys, so you can come back to collect the luggage whenever you want.
When you enter the apartment, we will provide you with a booklet with all the information useful to enjoy your Venice experience (restaurants, supermarkets, bars, bank, transports)
Smoking is not allowed inside our apartments
The total amount must be paid when you arrive at the apartment. Payment must be made in Euros (cash or credit cards).
